This Leica 1600mm f/5.6 Telephoto Lens was delivered in 2006 on special order from an incredibly wealthy photography aficionado and former Minister of Culture, Sheikh Saud Bin Mohammed Al-Thani of Qatar. He also bought a specially-equipped Mercedes four wheel drive to transport the lens and move it around. No picture taken with this lens has been released.
It proves that photography can be a very expensive hobby, and you also need to be very strong to be able to carry it!
